About the Role:

The Customer Experience Consultant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information on our products and services, and building relationships with our customers to increase sales and retention.

You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that every interaction with our customers meets their expectations and drives sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls to existing customers (No Cold-Calling)
  • Responding to customer email enquiries
  • Quickly identifying the needs of the customers and guiding them towards the service or product that will best meet their requirements
  • Providing a high level of customer service which will allow you to build relationships with our customers to retain business
  • Being organised and self-motivated to ensure targets and deadlines are met
  • To up-sell additional Audi products
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Customer focused and passionate about their work
  • Ability to prioritise their workload and multi-task
  • IT literate with the ability to use multiple systems at once
  • Confidently work independently and also as part of a team
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to problem solve and think on their feet
