We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and log requests onto our system
- Arrange site visits for engineers and sub-contractors
- Complete relevant client documentation and maintain accurate records
- Handle phone calls and deliveries
- Ensure Health & Safety records are up to date
- Book company vehicle repairs and servicing
- Develop knowledge of our business operations, including invoicing and other administrative tasks
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a practical, industrial, engineering, or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to learn new tasks and adapt to changing business needs
This is an office-based role, with flexibility to work from home as needed. We offer a Monday to Friday schedule, with regular working hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm.
