Field Service Engineer - Renewable Energy Systems

Clear Engineering Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Worthing, England. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of renewable energy systems, including CHP plants and gas engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintenance, and breakdowns of renewable energy systems
  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
  • Commissioning and testing of new installations
  • Working with clients to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Providing technical support and training to clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience working with renewable energy systems, including CHP plants and gas engines
  • Electrical and mechanical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
