Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Orion Electrotech Automation Careers. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining high-quality machinery and equipment for our clients in the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission new equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are proficient in using our equipment
  • Collaborate with our design team to resolve complex technical issues and improve equipment performance

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in field service work, preferably in the electrotech automation industry
  • Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Full driving license and ability to travel internationally
  • Understanding of PLC and PC-based control hardware and software
