Job Summary:

This Corporate Event Planning Assistant position involves supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of events. Key responsibilities include managing logistical and administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and site visits, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and providing strong communication skills to support guests/clients with any questions or issues.

Main Responsibilities:

Additional Duties:
  • Prepare name badges and manage guest lists/registration
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as ensuring folders are up to date with event information
  • Keep the events calendar up to date on the intranet, onsite work advertisement, and monthly emails
  • Create and manage a database of suitable venues
  • Organize and book internal small team events (e.g., team drinks, group activities)
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with it

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
