About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Management Support Administrator to join our Senior Leadership Team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
