As a Goods In Person at The Recruitment Group, you will be responsible for receiving all goods into the company, ensuring accurate delivery note checks, and storing stock correctly.

Main Responsibilities



  • Goods in – To receive all goods into the company
  • Receiving in deliveries and offloading using a forklift when necessary
  • Checking of deliveries against delivery note
  • Ensuring all stock is stored correctly
  • Using overhead crane and saw to cut steel stock to size and issuing this to the production area


Requirements



  • Stores experience is essential
  • Engineering background is advantageous
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication


The Details



  • £12 - £13 DOE
  • Temporary to permanent position
  • 8am-4:30pm and an early finish at 3:30pm on a Friday


We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in stores and stock control. If you have experience as an Assembly Operative, Production Operative or Warehouse Operative, we are interested in hearing from you.
