About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to collaborate with our teaching team and provide exceptional support to students with varying needs. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality, accessible curriculum and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support class teachers in delivering a tailored curriculum to meet the needs of all students
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies for improving student outcomes
  • Provide individualized support to students with EHC plans, promoting their academic and personal growth
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, promoting high expectations and a growth mindset

Requirements

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
  • Experience working with young people in an educational setting, with a focus on supporting students with diverse needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
