Job Description

We are looking for a talented SEN educator to join our team at Sherbourne.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting primary-aged pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) in the Ashford area.

  • Support pupils with PMLD in a primary school setting
  • Develop and implement tailored educational plans to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in SEN teaching, preferably with experience working with pupils with PMLD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach to supporting children with complex needs
