About the Position

This permanent, part-time role is based at our Newry campus, with occasional travel to other locations as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  • The successful applicant will ensure that Governing Body and committee meetings comply with legal and procedural requirements.
  • They will also prepare financial plans, monitor expenditure, manage contracts, and support Governing Body operations.
  • In addition, they will develop and maintain a Governance Risk Management Register, regularly reviewing and reporting to the Governing Body and relevant committees.

Requirements

  • A degree (or higher) in a relevant field is essential for this position.
  • GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade A*-C) or Essential Skills Level 2, or equivalent qualifications are necessary.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are required.
  • A full driving licence valid in Northern Ireland and access to a car for business purposes are also essential.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
