Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Bournemouth. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, expanding business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage and expand a portfolio of assigned accounts to drive business growth and revenue increase.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities within existing accounts to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Proven experience in account management or sales with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
- A competitive salary of £25k (£28k after probation) with a potential OTE of £40k.
