Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Bournemouth. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, expanding business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and expand a portfolio of assigned accounts to drive business growth and revenue increase.
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Identify and seize new business opportunities within existing accounts to enhance the customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in account management or sales with a strong track record of success.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  4. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
