About the Role

Shaw Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a CFO Hub Support Worker. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals with complex needs to overcome barriers and achieve their goals in education, training, and employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants in the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub, providing high-quality support and guidance to facilitate their engagement in activities that promote successful resettlement.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support and progression routes, including employers, local authorities, health services, and voluntary sector organisations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
  • Monitor and report on participant progress, working to targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide community-based support, managing a caseload independently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals.
  • Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes.
  • Ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services.
  • Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators, with the ability to monitor and report on participant progress effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management, with the ability to manage a caseload independently and provide community-based support.
