About the Role:We are seeking an experienced M&A Lead to join our team at FTI Consulting in London. This is a unique opportunity to work with top corporates and strategics on complex transactions and develop your expertise in M&A communications.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead M&A situations day-to-day, working closely with the UK Head of M&A and Activism
- Expand client portfolio and develop new relationships within existing accounts
- Deliver on won work, supported by the organisation around you
- Experience advising clients on M&A communications in a consulting environment
- Track record of working on multi-jurisdictional M&A deals and transactions projects with corporate clients
- Proven ability to grow a business at scale
- Competitive salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum
