Title: Operations Planning Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Planning Manager to join our team at Morepeople 01780. As an Operations Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end supply chain strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
About This Role:- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain plans that meet business objectives.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive collaborative forecasting processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in demand/supply planning, industry experience in an FMCG/Retail environment/Food environment, customer supply and chain operations.
You will also have advanced skills in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint, a clean UK/EU driving licence and be flexible with working hours to meet the demands of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective supply chain relationships with key customers.
- Drive process improvements through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and coordinate logistics activities to ensure efficient delivery of products.
Salary Range: £55,000 - £60,000 DOE
