About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in care management, with experience of running an elderly home and a proven track record of influencing positive change. You will be responsible for supervising a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Provide cover and attend emergencies outside of normal working hours
Requirements
- NVQ 5 (or higher) in care or other relevant qualification
- Knowledge of the care sector and regulatory frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
