Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and Oversee Care: Continuously assess residents' needs and wishes, developing and reviewing care plans to enhance their quality of life.
- Champion Independence and Personal Choice: Develop, review, and update care plans to meet residents' changing needs.
- Medicine Management: Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are received, stored, and administered correctly.
- Build Business Reputation: Communicate warmly and professionally with visitors, including family, friends, and external stakeholders.
- Resident Experience: Ensure all elements of resident experience are positive, from admission to discharge.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, proactively managing risks and identifying issues.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Fully qualified General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse.
- Experience: 6+ months of Nursing experience in a care home environment.
- Certifications: Valid NMC Pin.
