We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at a medium-sized nursing home facility in Belfast. This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of 79 per hour.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to build their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
- Administer medication as prescribed, adhering to proper monitoring procedures
- Liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to promote quality care
- Participate in career development opportunities and ongoing training
- Competitive hourly rate of 79 per hour
