Reactive Recruitment is seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at an award-winning Nursing Home in South Belfast. As a key member of our dedicated Nursing team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, focusing on Dementia and Mental Health Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to residents, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and respect
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in a Nursing Home or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
