We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
About the Role:- Provide person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, social, and emotional needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Manage medication administration, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of medications to residents.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our care services.
- Valid NMC registration as a General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, or Learning Disability Nurse.
- At least 6 months of experience in a care home environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
