Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, and providing guidance to colleagues on regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for monitoring changes in regulations and advising the management team on any necessary actions to maintain compliance. A key aspect of this role is your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. In addition, you will contribute to the development of internal control processes and procedures to ensure that our company operates efficiently and effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.
