Clockwork Organisation ltd is a reputable manufacturing company seeking an experienced Site Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, depending on skills and abilities, for a permanent role in Wrexham. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring site-wide HSE compliance, maintaining BRC and FSC accreditation, and managing health and safety aspects within the organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to BRC and FSC standards.
  • Create and review risk assessments, including COSH and DSEAR evaluations.
  • Investigate all accidents and near-miss incidents, reporting as required under RIDDOR regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to maintain up-to-date knowledge of current legislation and ensure site compliance.
  • Support shop floor efficiency improvements and promote environmental sustainability.
  • Identify employee training needs and develop relevant training programs.
  • Prepare permits to work for contractors and ensure they adhere to site standards.
Requirements

We seek a highly skilled individual with:

  • A NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Working knowledge of BRC and FSC standards.
  • Experience within the manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
