Job Description

Russell Taylor Group is a leading specialist UK manufacturing business seeking an Engineering Graduate to join their team as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

This rare opportunity allows the successful candidate to work closely with the site's General Manager, receiving comprehensive training in various duties and responsibilities.

The Role involves:
  1. Regular checking and documenting of production unit process parameters, settings, temperatures, and product visual quality.
  2. Conducting testing including tensile testing, batch control, raw materials testing, etc.
  3. Inspecting and testing random samples from all production units, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions within the manufacturing process.
  4. Verifying incoming raw materials, including paperwork, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  5. Ensuring all dispatches meet quality standards, are correct in number, and include proper documentation.
  6. Managing customer-reported non-conformances, investigating, recording, and responding using recognized quality management tools.
  7. Maintaining compliance with applicable standards, internal policies, and legal regulations for raw materials and finished goods.
  8. Providing a positive and proactive approach to maintaining quality standards throughout the company.
