Job Overview

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement throughout the organisation. With a strong focus on health and safety, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our in-house HACCP plan, ensuring it remains compliant with industry standards- Collaborate with colleagues to establish effective COSHH controls and documentation management procedures- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies- Provide guidance and support to staff on quality-related matters, promoting a culture of excellence within the organisation

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record as a Quality Improvement Leader- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence people positively at all levels- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations- Experience in managing a range of risk assessments and implementing corrective actions

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a contributory pension scheme and medical health insurance, we provide 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, giving you a great work-life balance.
