We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Regulatory Expert to join our client's health and safety team in Wrexham.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, with experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the food sector. A NEBOSH certificate is required, along with excellent communication and engagement skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the HSE function with a market leader and be responsible for delivering performance across all aspects of health and safety and environmental management.

Job Requirements
  • Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of the site team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and legislation.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve health and safety awareness among employees.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
