We are currently seeking a skilled Emergency Response Lead to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Resuscitation Service, ensuring that our staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a robust resuscitation training plan, supporting the development of proactive and responsive resuscitation training, and contributing to high-quality resuscitation education that enhances service delivery and care safety. Additionally, you will lead the team in attending and participating in resuscitation attempts, providing specialist knowledge and advice during and following the resuscitation attempts of all patient groups. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. We offer a competitive salary rate of $80,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
