Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project teams in managing activities, performance, and reporting for R&D projects.
  • Provide advice to project technical leads on proposal development and project delivery.
  • Ensure R&D projects are managed effectively, with regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and collaborate with partner universities.
Requirements
  • STEM-related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in managing engineering projects involving new technology introduction.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
