About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled As-Built Technician to join our team at GCU UK Ltd. As an As-Built Technician, you will be responsible for developing and creating high-quality As-Built and PIA Documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CAD Drawings: Develop As-Built CAD Drawings from site-provided information.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and refine documents to maintain top-notch quality in handover submissions.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to enhance the quality and efficiency of CAD drawings.
  • Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to improve departmental processes and overall company efficiency.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other departments and provide coverage when needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience with IT, tech, and CAD/design/technical drawing software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and effective time management
