Raw Materials Compliance Officer Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Raw Materials Compliance Officer to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and a passion for ensuring compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for upholding product compliance across our portfolio of brands, working closely with the compliance team, technical teams, and procurement teams.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in food industry specification management or regulatory affairs in UK or EU markets, a degree qualification or equivalent relevant training, and experience with UK / EU food / food supplement legislation.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold product compliance across our portfolio of brands.
  • Work closely with the compliance team, technical teams, and procurement teams.
  • Develop a portfolio of master specs for all raw material categories used in the business.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent relevant training.
  • At least 5 years previous experience in food industry specification management or regulatory affairs in UK or EU markets.
  • Experience with UK / EU food / food supplement legislation essential.
