We're seeking a talented Retail Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at 360 Resourcing Solutions. As a Retail Interior Designer, you'll have the opportunity to work on stunning high-end bathroom projects, turning our customers' dreams into reality.
Key Responsibilities:- Create bespoke, high-end bathrooms that blend style with functionality to meet each client's unique needs.
- Collaborate closely with customers to determine budgets, colour schemes, and product selection, ensuring every design is perfect.
- Guide clients through the showroom, offering inspiration and expert advice to bring their vision to life.
- Use advanced design software to develop impressive 3D visualisations that showcase your ideas in detail.
- Gather room dimensions and preferences, and then hand over your designs to the head office for final planning and production.
- Experience in bathroom design or interior design, ideally within a retail environment.
- A customer-first attitude and excellent communication skills, which are essential for a successful Retail Interior Designer.
- Sales experience is a bonus, but your passion for design and your ability to create luxurious spaces is what will make you stand out.
- Competitive salary starting at £26,000 + with a commission structure that can add an extra £3,000 - £4,000 annually.
- Be part of a team that thrives on creativity, innovation, and delivering excellence in retail interior design.
- 40 hours per week – your creativity won't rest.
- Flexibility is essential, with alternate Saturdays and Sundays required (12 weekends out of 52).
- Weekly hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Sunday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
