About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Concorde BGW Group. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide general support and assist with day-to-day administrative and buying tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure project-specific orders and materials
- Schedule and send out price estimates
- Set up new product codes and update data information
- Liaise with the finance team
- Set up purchase orders and proformas/sales orders
- Assist with credit application forms
- Negotiate with suppliers and build relationships
- Enter new supplier details
- Monitor and maintain up-to-date agreed rates from the supply chain
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Update product information from supplier changes
- Ensure project data is up-to-date for correct documentation
- Create delivery notes for projects being dispatched
- Receive and inspect goods
- Query issues with deliveries and ensure products are refunded or replaced
- Manage project completion documents
- Oversee project snagging within agreed timeframes
- Manage the Live Tracker and delivery board for project dates
- Answer customer service queries and provide general support
- Perform data inputting and general office duties
Requirements
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attendance and time-keeping
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in project coordination or administration
- Purchasing/buying experience is advantageous
- Sage knowledge is desirable, but full training can be provided
