Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Concorde BGW Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide general support and assist with day-to-day administrative and buying tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement of project-specific orders and materials
- Scheduling and sending out price estimates
- Setting up new product codes and updating data information
- Liaising with the finance team
- Setting up purchase orders and proformas/sales orders
- Assisting with credit application forms
- Effective negotiation skills and building supplier relationships
- Entering new supplier details
- Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date agreed rates from the supply chain
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Updating product information from supplier changes
- Ensuring project data is up-to-date for correct documentation
- Creating delivery notes for projects being dispatched
- Receiving and inspecting goods
- Querying issues with deliveries and ensuring products are refunded or replaced
- Managing project completion documents
- Overseeing project snagging within agreed timeframes
- Managing the Live Tracker and delivery board for project dates
- Answering the telephone and handling customer service queries
- Data inputting
- General office duties as required
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attendance and time-keeping
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a project coordinator or administrator
- Purchasing/buying experience is advantageous
- Sage knowledge is desirable, but full training can be provided
