We are looking for a highly skilled Systemic Therapist for Complex Needs to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a specialist in systemic therapy, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have a formal qualification in Systemic Psychotherapy at Master's or doctorate level, accredited by the AFT. With experience working with adolescents and their families presenting with complex mental health needs, high-risk behaviors, and neurodevelopmental conditions in a CAMHS setting, you will be well-equipped to deliver systemic family psychotherapy within our service.

As a key member of our team, you will provide systemic assessments and interventions to young people who have been admitted to our 12-bed general adolescent inpatient unit. You will also support staff development through training, consultation, and reflective practice sessions. Our team is dedicated to empowering recovery and career opportunities for our staff, and we offer regular clinical and professional supervision to support your ongoing career development.
