Property Manager - Ramsgate
This is an excellent opportunity to work with our highly regarded client who is expanding their portfolio of properties in East Kent.
Your role will involve maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
Establish rental rates by surveying the local market and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
Dealing with tenant contracts by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits, working towards financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and initiating corrective action.
Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, organizing the completion of repairs, and planning renovations, including contracting with landscaping companies.
Strong administrative abilities are essential as part of the role will involve preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
We are looking for someone with excellent organization skills, strong MS Office proficiency, negotiation ability, and great communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Preference will be given to those with some experience in Property Management or estate agency, although candidates with a strong administration background and excellent communication skills will be considered.
