We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
About the RoleAs a Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include providing companionship, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and social interaction to prevent loneliness
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with medication management, including collecting prescriptions and reminding clients of their medication schedule
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for our clients
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for our clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude at all times
- A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to work
- An estimated salary of £12 per hour, depending on location, plus paid mileage
- Flexible working hours, including part-time and full-time options
