Job Description

Churchill Estates Management Ltd are recruiting for a highly motivated and organised Lodge Manager to lead our residential estates team in Kent.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the residential estates team to ensure high standards of customer care and resident satisfaction
  • Coordinating with other departments to achieve company objectives
  • Implementing strategies to improve resident engagement and community building

Salary: estimated £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
