Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Design Team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality building services solutions that meet our clients' needs. This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from commercial offices to educational facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • To design and deliver high-quality building services solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • To work closely with our project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and delivered on time.
  • To undertake site visits to capture information for MEP design, monitor installation and commissioning, and conduct technical due diligence.
  • To investigate and provide technical advice on factors affecting building services, user needs, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • BSc / BEng (Hons) or MSc / MEng in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Service Engineering, or Public Health.
  • At least 2 years of experience in building services design or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Estimated salary: 67,500 - 87,500 per annum depending on experience.
