Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Heath Whitbread Inns. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with the management of the restaurant, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer complaints.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
