Our Team

We're looking for a talented and charismatic Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.

Your Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our lounge, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience. You'll work closely with our management team and other colleagues to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
