About the Role

Auxeris is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in our battery electric vehicle and EVTOL portfolios. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop a comprehensive understanding of the vendor marketplace.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales pipelines, providing regular forecasts and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including marketing and product development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and email outreach.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in sales management.
  • Exceptional sales skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
