About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Associate & Valuer to join our team in Welwyn Garden City. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing and mentoring staff, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively win new business and negotiate lettings contracts
- Manage and mentor staff to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including landlords and tenants
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Work closely with the administration, property management, and accounts departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a busy and competitive lettings environment
- Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful client relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Full understanding of the Housing Act and ability to act compliantly
What We Offer:
- Basic salary £28,000-£30,000 (DOE) with realistic OTE £45,000-£50,000
- Parking permit paid for
- Additional benefits package including 1-2-1 business coaching, competitions, company parties, monthly lunches, and end-of-month drinks
