Senior Community and Events Fundraising Manager

Mencap is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fundraising Manager to lead our Community and Events fundraising efforts in Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all Community and Events fundraising across Northern Ireland, including Digital Fundraising, Special Events, and Corporate fundraising.
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, working closely with the NI Communication & Marketing Team.
- Manage budgets and ensure accurate reporting, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve fundraising goals and support the delivery of our overall strategy.
- Demonstrable experience in income generation and budget management.
- Proven track record of developing successful national fundraising portfolios.
- Ability to create effective and sustainable fundraising strategies.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
