About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our dedicated team in the Brighton Area. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with a learning disability to live independently and participate in their local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including budget management, paying bills, and cooking healthy meals.
  • Build positive relationships with the people we support, promoting their understanding of the world around them.
  • Assist individuals in accessing and participating in their local community and social events, promoting life skills and individuality.
  • Provide personal care, including prompting individuals to take their medication and assisting with bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.
