About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in the Brighton area. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with a learning disability, enabling them to live independently and participate in their local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as budget management, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Build positive relationships with the people we support, promoting their understanding of the world around them.
  • Encourage community and social inclusion, helping individuals to access and participate in local events and activities.
  • Provide personal care, including prompting medication and assisting with bathing and using the bathroom.
