About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team in the Brighton Area. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and participate in their local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as budget management, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Build positive relationships with the people we support, promoting their understanding of the world and encouraging social inclusion.
  • Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.
  • Support individuals to access and participate in community events and activities, promoting life skills and individuality.

About Our Service

Our Brighton service provides supported living and outreach services to 43 individuals, aged 18-75, with a range of abilities and experiences. We are committed to providing a person-centred approach, focusing on the unique needs and goals of each individual.
