About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team in Brighton. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and participate in their local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as budget management, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Support individuals to access and participate in their local community, including social events and activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
