About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our team at Windsor House, a registered care home for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality support for all aspects of daily living, including personal care, medication management, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting residents with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Managing medication and administering as required
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with adults with learning and/or physical disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and promoting resident well-being
