Service Excellence Representative Job Summary:

We are looking for a Service Excellence Representative to join our team in Clapham Specsavers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers to the store and ensuring their needs are met
  • Providing customers with top-notch advice and guidance on hearing aids / glasses
  • Efficiently answering telephone calls to the store and responding to customer inquiries
