About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent services to children and families in the borough.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out comprehensive assessments of children and families, developing individualized family plans to support intervention strategies.
  • Lead S47 Child Protection Enquiries, working collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
Essential Qualifications
  • A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, having completed the ASYE program.
  • Demonstrated expertise in relationship-building, case management, and assessment development.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to integrate our systemic practice model into your work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including families and referrers.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines to meet service expectations.

  • A highly competitive salary package, ranging from £45,510 to £53,607, based on your level of experience.
