About the Role

Greenstaff Medical is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support to individuals and their families, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Deliver compassionate and enthusiastic care, recognizing the importance of your role in supporting clients with complex care needs.
  • Assist clients with limited mobility, providing practical support with household tasks, personal care, and transportation to appointments.
  • Monitor and support clients' healthcare needs, including administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
  • Safeguard individuals and report any concerns, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC Pin and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • DBS Check on the Update Service (one can be applied for upon application if you do not have one).
  • Proof of Mandatory Training (If none, free training will be provided as part of the compliance process).
  • 2 x References.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience of being a Registered Nurse in Homecare or Community settings.
Desirable Skills
  • Care and Management of Enteral Feeding experience.
  • Spinal Injury experience.
  • Tracheostomy Care experience.
  • Stoma Care experience.
  • Epilepsy and Management of Emergency Medication Protocols.
  • Invasive and Non-Invasive Ventilation experience, including Airway Management.
  • Acquired Brain Injuries experience.
  • End-of-life Care experience.
