Greenstaff Medical is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to our clients in their homes.

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being and independence of individuals within their own environments.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Delivering personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, medication administration, and household chores.
  • Monitoring clients' health conditions and reporting any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals and other team members.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A valid NMC Pin and completed preceptorship for newly qualified nurses.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A DBS Check on the Update Service (one can be applied for upon application if you do not have one).
  • Proof of Mandatory Training (If none, free training will be provided as part of the compliance process).
  • 2 x References
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience of being a Registered Nurse in Homecare or Community settings.

Experience in any of the following is desired but not essential:

  • Care and Management of Enteral Feeding experience
  • Spinal Injury experience
  • Tracheostomy Care experience
  • Stoma Care experience
  • Epilepsy and Management of Emergency Medication Protocols
  • Invasive and Non-Invasive Ventilation experience, including Airway Management
  • Acquired Brain Injuries experience
  • End-of-life Care experience

A full driving license and insurance on your vehicle for business use is required. If you have no driving license, then you must be able to easily travel to the location of the client in a timely manner (within a reasonable distance).
